Emma brings a strong commercial background to ImoPalheiro, with extensive experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations gained across international markets. Having returned to Madeira in recent years — after building her career abroad across several continents — she felt it was the right time to come home. Born on the island, Emma combines a deep personal connection to Madeira with a sharp understanding of the demands of both local and international clients.

Over the past four years, she has established a successful career within Madeira’s real estate sector. Emma knows the island well — from Funchal’s most desirable neighbourhoods to countryside retreats and coastal communities — and she is valued for her professionalism, honesty and client‑centred approach.

As a multilingual consultant, Emma is bilingual in English and Portuguese, has intermediate Spanish, and works alongside colleagues who can support clients in French, German and other languages as required. This ensures clear communication and a seamless experience for clients from Madeira and around the world.

Driven by continuous learning, Emma has even taken on the challenge of studying Mandarin this year, reflecting her curiosity and commitment to growth.

Outside of work — when she isn’t exploring the island, researching properties or meeting clients — Emma enjoys painting, reading, travelling, and attending concerts, being an enthusiastic fan of both music and discovering new places and cuisines.
